Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Associate in Philadelphia to join the Global Finance group. The candidate will work with issuers, underwriters, servicers, and investors in the CRE securitization and CMBS marketplace. JD and active bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of securitization experience.
• Experience in large law firms strongly preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid letters and negotiate confidentiality agreements.
• Draft securitization disclosure and operative documents, including pooling and servicing agreements.
• Handle mortgage loan purchase agreements and investor certifications.
• Manage commercial real estate repurchase facility and warehouse lending.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, overseeing transactions from due diligence to closing.
