Serve as backup analyst for CMBS transactions, following rating methodologies.
Prepare underwriting templates for credit analysis of CRE assets.
Determine stabilized cash flows for major property types across varied loan sizes.
Review third-party reports (appraisals, condition reports, environmental, seismic, etc.).
Search and aggregate market data for credit analysis.
Contribute text and analysis for rating reports and presentations under supervision.
Assist in preparing rating committee materials and participate in meetings.
Assist publishing workflow, including regulatory disclosures.
