AmLaw 50 law firm in Boston, New York, Charlotte, and Philadelphia seeks a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Associate Attorney to join its Global Finance practice.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3–6 years of CMBS securitization experience, including drafting complex securitization documents. Large-firm experience is preferred, with responsibility for due diligence and closing processes.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in securitization and structured finance, specifically CMBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on CMBS transactions for issuers, underwriters, and investors.
• Lead drafting and negotiation of pooling and servicing agreements and related securitization documents.
• Assist deal structuring, due diligence, execution, and closing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across transactions.
