Qualifications

• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.
• Internship or coursework related to capital markets accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in capital markets transactions and advisory services.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Assist with GAAP application in financial reporting.
• Engage in project management tasks to streamline workflow.
• Utilize Alteryx for automation and data analysis.
• Contribute to development of accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in IPO preparation and regulatory reporting.
• Observe deal structures and restructuring processes.
• Support transaction advisory activities with research and data gathering.
