Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA exam eligibility in your intended state prior to full-time employment is required.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level, typically 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in execution of capital markets transactions and financial reporting.
• Assist in carving-out financial statements and merger accounting.
• Analyze deal structures and organization restructuring efforts.
• Help with project management tasks to streamline advisory services.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and revenue recognition documentation.
• Learn and apply GAAP in financial accounting tasks.
• Observe and assist in IPO and private equity transaction preparations.
• Collaborate with team members to provide accounting advisory services.
• Gather and analyze market data to support financial decisions.
• Develop understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting standards.
