Job summary

PwC is seeking a CMAAS Intern in the Boston area to gain exposure to capital markets transactions, accounting advisory and financial reporting. You will work with teams on financial modeling, regulatory reporting and project coordination to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester; summers during the summer before final year.

Responsibilities

• Support capital markets transactions and advisory services.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Assist with applying GAAP in financial reporting.
• Engage in project management tasks to streamline workflow.
• Utilize Alteryx for data automation and insights.
• Contribute to development of accounting policies for client engagements.
• Collaborate on market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in IPO preparation and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Observe deal structures and restructuring processes.
• Support transaction advisory activities with research and information gathering.
