You will assist with procedures, manage patient intake, and help ensure efficient clinic operations while delivering excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or externship completed.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and patient care techniques.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical procedures: vital signs, injections, phlebotomy, urine tests, vaccines, EKGs.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms and support patient intake and triage.
• Handle scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, and clinic communications.
• Educate patients on medications, diets, and health topics as directed.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and inventory; ensure reliable attendance.
