Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical office procedures and patient care techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assists providers with clinical procedures such as vital signs, injections, phlebotomy, vaccines, EKGs.
• Prepares and cleans exam rooms for patient visits and procedures.
• Performs patient intake duties and documents medical information as directed.
• Reviews and maintains daily logs and documentation.
• Supports administrative duties: pre-registering patients, scheduling, referrals, insurance eligibility, and communications.
• Maintains an organized workload delivering prompt, courteous service.
• Monitors clinic supplies and equipment to ensure inventory and functionality.
• Educates patients on medications and health topics; answers questions.
