The CMA provides patient care under supervision, supports clinical and administrative tasks, and helps ensure efficient clinic operations with excellent patient service.

Qualifikationen

• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship program.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or NCMA certification.
• BCLS certification from AHA/ARC/ASHI.

Aufgaben

• Assist with clinical procedures including vital signs, injections, phlebotomy, vaccines, and wound care.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms and manage patient intake and scheduling.
• Support administrative duties: pre-registering patients, referrals, and insurance verification.
• Maintain inventory and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Educate patients on medications and health topics.
