Job summary

Bethany Medical Center PA in Mt. Airy, NC seeks a CMA/RMA to join our team in a full‑time or part‑time capacity. The Medical Assistant will interview patients, take vitals, perform phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, spirometry, and specimen collection, while documenting in the EMR and supporting care across multiple specialties.

Open to candidates with CMA, RMA, NCMA, and ABR‑OE credentials; 1+ years in related specialties preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Family Practice, Neurology, Pain Management, or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient interviews, measure vital signs, and document data in charts.
• Conduct phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, spirometry, and specimen collection.
• Administer immunizations and support EMR data entry and accuracy.
• Educate patients and collaborate with providers and staff for quality care.
• Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and ongoing competency assessment.
