Qualifications

• Must have a valid CMA certification that is in good standing with the State.
• Regular worksite attendance is required.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications as ordered by the physician and under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and room.
• Document medication administration accurately and promptly.
• Ensure medications are properly labeled and stored according to policy.
• Follow safety and privacy standards to protect resident information.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions to medications to supervisory staff.
• Assist residents with daily hygiene and activities as needed.
• Adhere to community policies regarding stock, disposal, and medication reconciliation.
