Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and accurately document vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, weight).
• Record patient information in the EMR and communicate high-risk situations to the team.
• May perform point-of-care testing after required training.
• Administer subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intradermal injections under physician supervision and document in the patient record.
• Provide routine clinical and administrative support to physicians and licensed staff.
• Support patients and caregivers throughout the visit while maintaining privacy and professionalism.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
