Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Medication Technician for our community in Austin, TX. Join a team delivering compassionate care to residents in a mission-driven, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include preparing and administering medications under nurse supervision, documenting care, recording vital signs, responding to resident needs, and assisting with activities of daily living. A high school diploma and state licensure are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some directly related work experience preferred.
• Have and maintain medication aide licensure per state requirements.

• Record and document all medication, treatment and care provided for residents.

• Respond to resident calls and requests.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
