The Village at Orchard Ridge, located in Winchester, VA, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for full-time, 12-hour day shifts. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.

This role focuses on safe medication administration and compassionate resident care within a supportive team. Eligible candidates will have CMA certification in good standing, a high school diploma, and preferably 1 year of CMA experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• CMA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year hands-on CMA experience preferred.
• Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications with precision and care during overnight hours.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs with compassion.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance at all times.
• Communicate clearly with families and healthcare teams as needed.
• Support residents with empathy, kindness, and professionalism—making their nights safe and comfortable.
