Job summary

KinwellHealth is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Redmond, WA clinic. You will support clinicians, greet patients, manage schedules, and maintain a clean, efficient exam area. This role requires active CMA credential in Washington and a patient-centered approach.

You will work under supervision, participate in team huddles, and help ensure accurate EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance. A sign-on bonus is available for external applicants.

Qualifications

• CMA certification by hire, with active Washington state credential.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience with EPIC EMR systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations, including vitals and medical history.
• Assist clinicians during patient examinations and treatments.
• Provide patients with information about visits and ensure comfort during exams.
• Set up for procedures and assist as needed.
• Assist with check-out and follow-up duties and manage scheduling to optimize patient flow.
• Maintain clean and organized examination rooms and clinic spaces.
