Job summary

INDCLINIC in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for OBGYN services. The role supports clinical and administrative tasks, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus tied to a one-year commitment. Expect patient care, room preparation, intake duties, and collaboration with providers.

The ideal candidate has CMA certification, basic computer skills, and a customer‑oriented approach. Hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00am–5:00pm and Friday 7:00am–2:00pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or externship

Responsibilities

• Assists providers with clinical procedures: vital signs, wound care, injections, phlebotomy, vaccines, urine tests, EKGs, splints
• Prepares and cleans exam rooms for patient visits and procedures
• Performs patient intake duties: reporting test results, phone triage, documenting medical information
• Reviews and maintains daily logs and documentation
• Supports administrative duties: pre-registering patients, scheduling, referrals, insurance verification
• Maintains organized workload with courteous, efficient service to providers and patients
• Monitors and requisitions clinic supplies and equipment
• Educates patients on medications, diets, and health topics
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance
• Complies with all policies and standards
