Job summary

Complete Care at Glendale West is seeking a reliable Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our nursing team. You will administer medications, supervise resident self-administration, and collaborate closely with our nurses to maintain high-quality care for residents.

Qualified candidates must hold Wisconsin CMA/Med Tech certification and an active Wisconsin CNA license. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but newly certified Med Techs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin CMA/Med Tech certification
• Active Wisconsin CNA certification required by state guidelines
• Experience in long-term care preferred; newly certified Med Techs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and routine treatments per physician orders and care plans
• Supervise residents who self-administer medications for safety
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition or medication side effects
• Maintain accurate EMR medication administration records
• Assist with medication cart organization, inventory, and supply reordering
