Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician to administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, and document accurately in a supportive senior-care environment.

Qualificações

• Active CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply).

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy.
• Follow the Six Rights of medication administration and proper documentation standards.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects.
• Report changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership.
• Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts.
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
