Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Woodstock, GA is hiring Medication Technicians / CMAs to safely administer medications and support resident care in a warm, patient-focused environment.

You will follow the Six Rights, document accurately, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure resident safety while maintaining high standards of infection control and compliance. The role offers full-time benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active CMA or Medication Technician certification (state requirements apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policy
• Follow the “Six Rights” of medication administration and proper documentation standards
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
• Report changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership
• Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance counts
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

The Claiborne at Woodstock, a Claiborne Senior Living community, is hiring Medication Technicians / Certified Medication Aides (Med Techs / CMAs) to safely administer medications and support resident care in our senior living community.
