Job summary

Mid-Atlantic Concussion Alliance is seeking a friendly, dependable CMA/HBOT attendant and front desk receptionist to join our medical practice. This dual role balances administrative duties with clinical support in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate, thriving while providing top-notch patient experiences from check-in through care completion.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years medical front-desk experience.
• Minimum 2 years medical scheduling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy medical office.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, professional experience.
• Check patients in and out; maintain accurate records.
• Answer multi-line calls and assist patients with questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Verify patient information and update EMR.
• Perform administrative duties (scanning, faxing, filing, data entry).
• Assist daily front-office operations and HBOT support as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Perform clinical Medical Assistant duties as needed.
