Qualifikationen

• Requires CMA license and current licensure in the state.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs regularly and assist residents.
• Fluent read/write/speak English.
• Memory care experience may be required for some areas.

Aufgaben

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance per orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents' physical condition or behavior.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication, activities, incidents, and observations.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Follow the supervisor's schedule for residents' needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report hazards.
• Maintain a professional demeanor toward residents, families, and coworkers.
