Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Valid Medication Aide certification in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Commitment to resident care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Administer or assist with medications as directed and monitor residents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families and the care team.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities and maintain a safe environment.
