Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program.
• In lieu of formal education, one year of medical assistant or related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a variety of patient care activities under the supervision of a physician, advanced practice provider (APP), or registered nurse in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree with active plans to pursue advanced degree in healthcare, such as Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program or medical school Required
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program Required or
