Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide routine nursing care and medication administration for residents in long-term or rehabilitative settings, under supervision of a nurse. The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and regulatory adherence.

The CMA will assist with daily resident care, participate in team collaboration, and support care plans while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous CMA/CNA experience preferred.
• Completion of CMA program; meet state CE requirements.
• Strong nursing knowledge and infection control practices.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor residents for side effects, reporting concerns.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and document changes.
• Comply with state regulations and facility policies for medication safety.
• Assist with laundry and daily resident care routines as needed.
• Manage medication supplies and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support orientation and development of new CMAs and CNAs.
• Observe resident conditions and review care plans for updates.
• Ensure rooms are clean and linens are refreshed as required.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
