Sandy Health and Rehab in Sandy, Utah is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This role supports resident care by administering medications, maintaining carts, and documenting in the eMAR system.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and assist with resident handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medication carts and supplies; monitor inventory and reorder as needed.
• Accurately document all administrations in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes, concerns, or needs to licensed nursing staff or appropriate department leaders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations.
