Fiesta Park Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support nursing staff in providing high-quality resident care. Under the direct supervision of the charge nurse, you will ensure timely and accurate med passes to maintain safety and care standards.

Responsibilities include following charting guidelines, reporting changes, and participating in trainings. Valid CMA certification and English communication skills are required; patient care experience is preferred.

• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.

• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Certified Medication Aide is under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. The charge nurse will follow up with the CMA to ensure the med pass is completed timely and accurately to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
