Qualifications

• Требуется степень в маркетинге или смежной области.
• Опыт работы в региональном здравоохранении/медицинских устройствах приветствуется.
• Умение переводить аналитические данные в конкретные рекомендации.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и реализация маркетинговых планов и кампаний для ассигнованных продуктов/рынков.
• Генерация инсайтов для поддержки коммерческих решений и анализа рыночной динамики.
• Сотрудничество с отделами продаж и кросс-функциональными командами по вовлечению клиентов и CRM.
• Ведение цифровых и омниканальных маркетинговых инициатив и оптимизация кампаний.
• Поддержка анализа цен, бизнес-кейсов и программ канального партнерства.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and tactical initiatives for assigned products, portfolios, or markets aligned with business objectives.


• Generating actionable customer, market, and stakeholder insights to support commercial decision-making, growth opportunities, and market trend analysis.


• Partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, sales enablement, CRM adoption, segmentation, and engagement planning.


• Leading digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, web content, social media activities, digital assets, and campaign performance optimization.


• Supporting pricing analyses, business cases, channel programs, distributor collaboration, and marketing project execution while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements.

Требования:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.


• Experience working in regional healthcare, medical device, or developing market environments, including collaboration with distributors, channel partners, and commercial stakeholders.


• Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights and performance data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes.


• AND Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, including product and channel marketing, customer and market insights, digital marketing, CRM, brand management, commercial excellence, and sales enablement.


• Experience supporting marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer engagement programs, business analytics, pricing analysis, and cross-functional project management.


• Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Work location: Remote from Poland

Travel: May include up to 40% domestic and international travel based on business needs.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
