Lodgco Hospitality is searching for a dynamic, relationship‑building, opportunity‑seizing Cluster Director of Sales to champion two standout hotels in the Sarasota region: Hampton Inn & Suites North Port and Home2 Suites Nokomis Casey Key.
As the Cluster Director of Sales, you will be the strategic powerhouse driving revenue, relationships, and market presence for your assigned properties. This role blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on sales leadership, empowering you to craft and execute targeted sales plans, cultivate key accounts, expand community partnerships, and elevate brand visibility across multiple segments. You’ll analyze market trends, outmaneuver the competition, and collaborate closely with hotel leadership to ensure seamless execution of group business and exceptional guest experiences.
Some flexibility of hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during core business hours (generally recognized as 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday). Some evening and weekend work may be required based on business demands.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record – satisfactory criminal background screening required – professional references.
