Job Summary

Position Summary: Ensures the efficient operation of Chef’s Counters, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a high standard of service for guests.

Position Description: *

+ Prepare the chef counter by arranging food items, utensils, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. They ensure all items are properly displayed, labeled, and presented according to business standards. *

+ Monitor food levels and quality throughout an event, replenishing dishes as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during service.

+ Ensure chef’s counter remains fully stocked with serving utensils, plates, and napkins as needed.

+ Assist with breakdown of the chef’s counter by cleaning and sanitizing the area. Also assist with inventory record keeping as needed.

+ Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to address any issues promptly and maintain seamless service.

Qualifications:

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

+ Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
