Job summary

WindRiver Living is seeking a part-time Server for its new Clubhouse, opening in October. You will guide guests through the menu, take orders, answer questions, and ensure an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash, setting up and tearing down events, and maintaining a polished, professional appearance during shifts from Thursday to Saturday 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, with additional hours for golf events and member parties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in full-service restaurant (preferred).
• Country club, hotel banquet, or fine dining aplus.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old for serving alcohol.
• Current TN ABC license or ability to renew or obtain license.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Precisely take food and beverage orders and enter into the point-of-sale system.
• Check identification of guests for legal drinking age.
• Upsell established menu items or specials to maximize revenues.
• Maintain professional composure while managing large groups quickly and efficiently.
• Assist greeting/seating guests, filling glasses and food deliveries.
• Assist with setup, serving, and tearing down of events both on and off location.
