Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada seeks a Clubhouse Manager to oversee operations, programming, and membership growth at a Las Vegas facility. You will drive program delivery, supervise staff, manage revenue through fees and Child Care Assistance where applicable, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for youth.

The role requires a four-year degree in a related field and experience with Boys & Girls Clubs or similar settings, plus strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in education/child development or related field.
• Two+ years in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting preferred.
• Proficient with Internet use and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, organization, program planning and membership recruitment.
• Manage club finances, fees collection and budget monitoring.
• Develop programs to meet Youth Development Outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Ensure safe, clean, and welcoming Clubhouse facilities.
• Coordinate community relations and publicity for programs.
