Job summary

Riviera Country Club is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Engineering department. This non-exempt, hourly role performs routine maintenance, repairs, and light construction across club facilities and equipment to uphold safety, quality, and the Riviera standard.

You will troubleshoot problems, perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and coordinate with the Facilities Manager and team. A valid CA driver's license, 5 years of maintenance experience, and ability to lift up to 85

Qualifications

• 5 years in maintenance, repair, construction, or similar.
• A valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance and repairs on club facilities, including buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, kitchen appliances, and plumbing.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Undertake small construction projects and carpentry tasks to improve facilities.
• Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain organized inventory and document maintenance activities for audits.
