Job summary

Jefferson Lakeside Country Club is seeking a Part-Time Clubhouse Maintenance Associate to support daily operations and appearance of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. You will assist with event setup, restroom cleaning, and minor repairs while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests.

This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate professionally with members and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, custodial, or facilities preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• Effective communication with members, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas according to event specifications.
• Clean and maintain restrooms in the clubhouse, golf course, and tennis facilities throughout the day.
• Perform routine cleaning of clubhouse common areas as needed.
• Complete minor maintenance and repair tasks: replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, basic painting and touch-ups, minor plumbing or carpentry repairs.
• Move tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues requiring repairs.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with seasonal projects and special events.
• Respond promptly to requests from management and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
