The Opportunity

Are you passionate about mental health recovery and community? As a Clubhouse Rehabilitation Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting members to achieve their personal, educational, social, and employment goals. This is a hands-on position where staff work collaboratively with members—not "for" them—on the meaningful work of running the Clubhouse.

You'll be part of a small, dedicated team that values strengths, creativity, and shared success. If you're looking for a position where every day is different, where relationships matter as much as tasks, and where you can truly make an impact, we'd love to meet you.

  • Help connect members with community resources (housing, healthcare, employment, benefits, etc.).
  • Provide transportation and support for appointments, social outings, or conferences.
  • Participate in evening/weekend activities approximately once a month.
  • Uphold the Clubhouse International Standards and contribute to a culture of hope, respect, and recovery.
