Responsibilities

• Check daily function sheets for special set-ups.
• Receive instructions from supervisor.
• Taste and memorize menu items.
• Perform side-work for each meal period.
• Take beverage and food orders as needed.
• Monitor for excessive alcohol or underage drinking.
• Greet members courteously and use suggestive selling.
• Serve food in the proper course sequence.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Take to-go orders per ICC standards.
• Keep workstation clean.
• Develop understanding of food and wine menus.
• Ensure plates meet ticket requirements.
• Ensure items are presentable before delivery.
• Maintain a clean, presentable appearance.
• Read and adhere to Club Bylaws and Rules.
• Report complaints to supervisor.
• End-of-shift side-work.
• Complete server report if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report to supervisor before leaving.
