Qualifications

• Must carry and balance loaded tray.
• Capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check daily function sheets for special set-ups for member or private parties.
• Report to supervisor for daily instructions.
• Taste and memorize menu items and descriptions for each meal period.
• Perform side-work duties required for set-up for each meal period.
• Take beverage and food orders when necessary.
• Alert supervisor to potential problems with alcohol overconsumption or underage drinking.
• Address members courteously and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food in proper sequence of courses.
• Clear tables and reset for the next service.
• Take phone to-go orders according to ICC standards.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of workstation.
• Develop thorough understanding of all food and wine menus.
• Ensure food plates meet ticketed requirements and are fit for consumption.
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
• Read, understand, and adhere to the Club Bylaws and Rules.
• Report complaints to supervisor and flag any rule infractions.
• Perform all side-work at end of shift.
• Complete server report at end of shift if required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Report to supervisor before leaving premises.
