Job summary

Wilderness Ridge is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to assist with daily upkeep of the club’s buildings and grounds. You will complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and help with basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. The role includes cleaning, event setup, and supporting safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year maintenance, facilities, construction, custodial, or related experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

Assist Building Manager with daily maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, buildings, equipment, and property.
Complete maintenance work orders and projects as directed by the Building Manager.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, fixtures, and other property assets.
Carry out basic repairs to plumbing fixtures, doors, locks, furniture, woodwork, walls, ceilings, and other components.
Replace light bulbs, filters, hardware, fixtures, and routine maintenance items as needed.
Support minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical tasks within scope and as directed.
Maintain pool equipment and other facility gear.
Clean and repair facilities before/after events and seasonal cleaning.
