Job summary

River Crest Country Club in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to care for the Clubhouse and all club buildings. The role offers an hourly wage of $23.00-$26.00, based on verifiable experience.

Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years in building maintenance, knowledge of drywall/painting, basic plumbing and electrical skills, and a reliable attendance record. The club provides comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k), staff meals, and meal-and-dining options.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years building maintenance experience.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of drywall repair, surface preparation, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to property including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC and refrigeration.
• Assist with painting, carpentry and drywall repair.
• Maintain comfortable temperatures with building automation system and service chillers/boilers.
• Support setup of club functions and events.
