Job summary

Invited in Richardson, TX is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Attendant to upkeep and repair the club's indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring safety, cleanliness and a premier environment for members and guests. This hands-on role reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.

You will perform routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring and other facilities tasks, maintain a maintenance checklist, and coordinate with department heads to address work requests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in facility maintenance or golf club environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets and floors, and restrooms to club standards.
• Perform or contract maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring and related areas.
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and department heads to prioritize and complete work requests.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and support club operations during daily briefings.
