Job summary

Denver Country Club is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain the club's assets and infrastructure. This role requires performing general to complex repairs safely and efficiently, ensuring the club building operates smoothly and member areas remain up to standards.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with the Clubhouse team. Hourly rate is $25.00–$30.00, with opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and memos.
• Comfort with using Windows-based software and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs general handyman maintenance duties for the facility.
• Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and locksmith work as needed.
• Move furniture, equipment, and materials; participate in monthly inspections.
• Assist with renovations/remodeling and repair of building systems.
• Support the maintenance team with heating and cooling systems.
• Respond to emergencies and safety hazards promptly.
