Sodexo is hiring a Dishwasher to support our Virgin Atlantic Airways Clubhouse JFK location. You’ll maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across food prep and service areas, washing dishes by hand or in machines, and assisting with set-up and breakdown as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment; restocking supplies; and following sanitation procedures to ensure food safety. Open availability preferred across varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, tables, and equipment.
• Sweeps, mops, and cleans floors; disposes of trash.
• Restocks supplies such as soap and cleaning materials.
• Assists with set-up and break-down tasks as needed.
