Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area and support kitchen staff in a fast-paced club environment. You will ensure sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment while assisting culinary teammates and contributing to smooth kitchen operations.

The role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior dishwashing or kitchen support experience.
• Proficient communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware.
• Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before returning to storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Assist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment and utensils as needed.
• Help with food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or kitchen supervisors.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines including proper handling of dishwashing chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist with organizing and storing kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Support team and deliver steps of service to members and guests.
