Job summary

Trump National Doral-Miami seeks a dedicated supervisor to lead the member clubhouse food and beverage team. You will liaise with the Director of Operations and Clubhouse Manager to ensure seamless dining room operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training staff, conducting facility walkthroughs, maintaining par levels and budgets, and enforcing service standards. You will coach the team to achieve revenue and guest experience goals, participate in meetings, and uphold

Qualifications

• Ability to read English language to fully comprehend guest requests and memos.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English with staff and guests.
• Experience in supervising and coaching a food & beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Director of Operations and Clubhouse Manager to ensure seamless operation of member clubhouse dining room.
• Train and evaluate member clubhouse staff.
• Conduct walkthroughs of facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization and proper setups.
• Maintain par levels and budgets for area supplies.
• Ensure staff compliance with operation standards and member interactions.
• Keep dining sections serviced according to standards and coach the team to hit revenue and satisfaction goals.
• Participate in monthly meetings and provide feedback on accomplishments and opportunities.
• Enforce protocols such as hat/cellphone policy and monitor guest behavior; oversee last call.
• Monitor daily checklists and ensure side duties are completed; inform management of challenges.
