The Club at Quail Ridge is seeking a part-time Front Desk/Receptionist to welcome residents and guests, manage reservations, and support concierge services at the clubhouse. You will handle calls, assist with events, and help maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in hospitality or club environments. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing ~40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Handle front desk tasks, reservations, and concierge requests.
