Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a customer-focused team member for our venue in Inglewood, CA. You will deliver exceptional guest services, handle POS transactions in a cashless setting, and thrive in a fast-paced stadium/club environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; comprehensive training provided to ensure top-notch service and team collaboration, with compensation at $35.14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Stadium/Club level experience preferred; orientation and on-the-job training provided.
• POS experience preferred, at a cashless venue.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide consistent guest service.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
• MUST BE RBS CERTIFIED.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a pleasant attitude towardcustomers, co-workers, and management
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager, or Director.

Compensation: $35.14 p/h
