Job summary

Dormie Network in Kentucky is seeking a Club Services Associate to provide welcoming, professional service to members and guests throughout their visit. You will stage, prepare, and maintain golf carts, greet arrivals, assist with loading clubs, and support daily club operations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Golf knowledge and prior hospitality or customer service experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to members and guests throughout their visit.
• Stage, prepare, and maintain golf carts for daily play, including stocking, cleaning, and presentation standards.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival, assist with loading and unloading golf clubs, and support club cleaning and care standards.
• Clean golf clubs and maintain cart presentation standards.
• Assist with driving range operations, including collecting, cleaning, and organizing range balls.
• Collect, transport, and deliver luggage for members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Support other areas of the club as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain personal appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms.
• Operate club-owned vehicles to transport members and guests when applicable to the club location.
• Provide valet services for member and guest vehicles when applicable to the club location.

A Club Services Associate plays a critical role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for members and guests through attentive service, professionalism, and teamwork.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the Club Services team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide a high level of customer service to members and guests throughout their visit, serving as a welcoming and professional representative of the club.
• Stage, prepare, and maintain golf carts for daily play, including stocking, cleaning, and presentation standards before and after each round.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival, assist with loading and unloading golf clubs, and support club cleaning and care standards.
• Clean golf clubs and maintain cart presentation standards.
• Assist with driving range operations, including collecting, cleaning, and organizing range balls.
• Collect, transport, and deliver luggage for members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Support other areas of the club as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain personal appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of golf preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and turn.
• Ability to visually inspect equipment, golf carts, and member belongings for cleanliness and condition.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle when properly licensed.
