Job Summary
Primary responsibility is to perform and oversee the servicing, repair, and maintenance operations for all building and equipment related to the club. The position will service all areas of the club to improve janitorial and facility maintenance through servicing, education, and guidance of the janitorial and club staff.
- Follow Facilities Department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct club inspections as directed by the Corporate Facilities Department to ensure maintenance standards, preventative measures, and safety protocols are met.
- Provide feedback to General Managers (GMs) to clarify expectations and address maintenance issues.
- Schedule all services and tasks with the GM as requested by the Assistant Maintenance Technician (AMT).
- Partner with AMT and New Club Development (NCD) for new club walk-throughs to ensure all maintenance and service needs are addressed before opening.
- Review inspection results to identify training needs, trends, or outliers requiring follow-up.
- Train new Club Managers on Facility Training Programs.
- Guide Club Managers on daily tasks for managing the Club Service Attendant position.
- Communicate with Club Managers regarding facility service programs.
- Ensure utilization of the Open Wrench System as a management tool.
General Management
- Provide direction and technical expertise to janitorial and club team members.
- Schedule weekly activities for CSAs within approved timeframes.
- Partner with AMT to communicate schedules to GMs and RDOs.
- Host meetings and training sessions to relay Facilities Department information and updates.
- Participate in weekly conference calls with AMT for alignment.
Training and Development
- Conduct hands-on training for janitorial staff following corporate chemical and safety protocols.
- Coordinate vendor-sponsored training programs.
- Partner with AMT for specific training needs.
- Ensure all CSAs maintain required training certifications based on amenities and local regulations.
Special Projects and Vendor Management
- Oversee projects to ensure scope and vendor quotes meet objectives.
- Schedule and oversee vendors for special projects.
- Ensure vendor accountability and project completion.
- Execute in-house projects when suitable.
- Maintain communication with GMs and AMT for project alignment.
Open Wrench and Work Order Management
- Manage work orders in the Open Wrench System.
- Support AMT by reviewing, loading, and closing work orders.
- Perform monthly club audits using GO Canvas.
