Job summary

Cimarron Hills Golf and Country Club in Georgetown, TX, is seeking a driven full-time Server to join a fast-paced hospitality team within the Troon family. You will learn, contribute, and grow while delivering exceptional guest service in a golf club setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, describing daily specials, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Prior serving experience and state alcohol age compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years serving experience preferred or required.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Country Club experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to guests and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders to guests promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties.
• Handles checks and cash transactions and uses the POS system.
• Follows established order taking, placing, and delivering procedures.
• Adheres to standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and service techniques.
• Performs tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Practices safe work practices in job performance.
