Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 months related hospitality experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training required.
• Alcohol Awareness Training required.
• POS system knowledge preferred.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Must have valid driver license for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers promptly after preparation.
• Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Operates POS system for transactions and payments.
• Maintains organized workstation and completes side work.
