Anytime Fitness in Moultrie, GA is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others and driving sales in a friendly, upbeat club environment.

You'll lead fitness consultations, deliver group workouts, promote member engagement, and support club sales while maintaining a clean facility. Part-time or full-time hourly role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is nice but not essential.
• Personal Training Certificate is preferred but not required; reimbursement may help.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement.
• Focus on member experience and follow up with members/prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations, screenings, and goal setting.
• Deliver group workouts for 1–15 members.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and safety.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
• Review club reports to identify trends and improve strategies.
• Provide accountability to help members reach goals.
• Attend weekly/monthly trainings and stay current with certifications.
